Scope: design team assembly, contractor procurement, budget management, field execution, and owner coordination.

Adaptive reuse + repositioning
Led the conversion of two former industrial facilities (40,000 SF combined) into 22 commercial condominiums. Managed the full lifecycle: strategy development, design coordination, permitting, contractor buyout, and construction execution through delivery.
Scope: capital structuring alignment, consultant coordination, and construction oversight through delivery.

Large scale repositioning
80,000 SF office-to-condominium conversion. Leading design coordination, capital planning alignment, and phased construction execution across 18 commercial suites.
